Taping

Taping

One of the techniques we use to help our patients is taping. Our therapists have completed additional training for kinesiology taping certification.

Kinesiology Taping is a non-invasive, evidence-based approach. Taping can provide support and stability to muscles, joints, and tendons without restricting the range of motion. Taping combined with other physical therapy techniques enhances healing and speeds up recovery. Our certified therapists are trained to apply these techniques to alleviate pain and discomfort, reduce inflammation, and improve muscle function.

In addition to taping, we offer a range of other physical therapy and wellness services, including Dry Needling, Manual Therapy, Exercise, Pelvic Floor Therapy, Kinotek, and Normatec.

If you’re interested in learning more about our taping services and how it can benefit you, please don’t hesitate to contact us at Summit Performance Therapy. We’ll be happy to answer any questions you may have and help you schedule an appointment for a consultation with one of our therapists.
